Dianna, It is very seldom you find an agent who goes "beyond" just trying to sell you a house to get the commission. You consider the buyer's requirements, house location, style of house, price range, and future impacts of a property and more.. Again, you went beyond my greatest expectations in helping me decide on an area, laying out maps, printing off not just listings, but pictures to go with the listings, keeping in touch daily via email when new listings came up, etc. - I couldn't ask for more from a real estate agent.
