Hi Dianna,

Just wanted to take the time out from packing for our move to Golden Valley, AZ to thank you for the excellent job you did for us.  You went above and beyond any REALTOR in helping us find our retirement home in Arizona.

I know that the process of find a new home is difficult in itself when you live in the same state you  are looking, but when you live in Texas where we have our current home and need to find a home in another state it makes it even harder.

That had to be the furthest from the truth when you sent us an email to our inquiry on finding a home in the Kingman, Bullhead City, and Golden Valley areas.  You were there for us from the beginning to the end.  Getting us the information needed for construction companies, fencing, and utility people to call was a great help to us.

We are very pleased with the house you showed us.  It is just what we were looking for.  Premier Executives can feel assured that they have an excellent REALTOR and hard working representative of their company.  We will definitely recommend Dianna Millerd-Brosco and your Real Estate office to any of our friends looking for a house there.

It is very seldom you find an agent who goes "beyond" just trying to sell you a house to get the commission. You consider the buyer's requirements, house location, style of house, price range, and future impacts of a property and more.. 

Again, you went beyond my greatest expectations in helping me decide on an area, laying out maps, printing off not just listings, but pictures to go with the listings, keeping in touch daily via email when new listings came up, etc. - I couldn't ask for more from a real estate agent.
